- Thoughts and feelings THEN
- Thoughts and feelings NOW
- The Universal truth
The incident must contain:
- Concrete details that are relevant to the final reflection
- Use strong verbs
- Use dialogue if applicable
- Use Imagery
The Then and Now must contain:
- A sincere and profound journey
- Must reveal a change
- Ultimately lead to the universal truth
The Ultimate truf truth must contain:
- Final awareness is clear
Final awareness is relevant to all, not just the individual
